100 for the Utica Zoo’s 100th

 Become a part of history by giving to the 100 for 100th donation drive!

When you donate $100 to the Utica Zoo by July 19th, 2014, your name/names will be placed into our Time Capsule along with other prized Zoo memorabilia.  This Time Capsule will be buried on Zoo grounds during our Birthday Celebration on July 20th in front of a live audience!

You can also donate that day before the burial to be included in the Capsule.

When donating with Pay Pal, please give the name/names you wish to be listed in the buyer instructions. If no name/names are listed, the Pay Pal contact names will be used.

    It’s Wolf Awareness Week at the Utica Zoo. Although they are essential to the health of the ecosystem and keeping herbivore populations in check, wolves have been the subject of intense persecution throughout the centuries, and most species are either threatened or endangered due to myths and misunderstandings. Less than 100 individuals currently live in the wild. Mexican wolves are the most endangered gray wolf subspecies in North America, and our three females; Bella, Sierra and Aztec, are among the last of their kind.
