Interested in conservation? Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Join FrogWatch USA and become a part of one of the largest citizen science programs in the nation! Learn about the wetland ecosystems in your community and how to help conserve amphibians by identifying and reporting the calls of local frogs and toads. Once you are certified as a trained volunteer, the data you collect will be used by scientists and biologists around the country to develop strategies for the preservation of these important species. So hop on over to the Utica Zoo and learn all about the frogs in your own backyard! Due to the scientific nature of the material covered, this class is for adults and interested older children only.
