Membership Options

All memberships include the following:

    Unlimited free admission to the cardholder
    One year subscription to "ZooNews"
    10% discount in the "Zootique" gift shop
    Education discounts

The Utica Zoo reciprocates with approximately 150 other zoos. This agreement allows the members of reciprocal zoos to receive free admission to the Utica Zoo. The Utica Zoo also admits members in good standing of AZA and AAZK free of charge. Due to constant changes in the reciprocal list, we recommend you call before you visit any zoo or aquarium to ensure they are still participating in the program.

Buddy Pass
You may add additional adults to your membership by purchasing a buddy pass at $5.00 per adult. This additional person may be a relative, a baby-sitter or other caregiver that you wish to have the opportunity to visit the zoo with your children. To do this, simply add $5.00 to the cost of the membership level you are purchasing. Please provide us with the information below so that we may attach the buddy name to your membership information at the zoo. The buddy pass may be assigned to only one person and this person will need to show photo identification at the gate upon entering the zoo. We hope that this additional option to your membership allows you and your family to better utilize the wonders of your Utica Zoo!
