The Utica Zoo invites you to participate in a special school break Primate Play Date! This rainforest-centered program will revolve around our NEW White-Handed Gibbon Outdoor Living Rainforest exhibit.

Attendees will learn all about the different levels of the rainforest, meet some rainforest native animals, and discover all the ways these animals move throughout their habitat. Then we will head over to the White-Handed Gibbon Outdoor Living Rainforest exhibit to learn about how White-Handed Gibbons swing, or brachiate, through their exhibit space.

The Special School Break Primate Play Date will take place on Thursday, December 27 and Friday, December 28 from 9am-12pm. This special program is open to learners aged 6-9 years old. We will be primarily inside the Zoo Auditorium, but please dress warmly as we will be venturing outside. Parents are welcome to drop their children off or stay to enjoy the program with their children. Each date is limited to 20 participants. FREE Tickets are available at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/special-school-break-primate-play-date-tickets-53316902290

This program is FREE thanks to the Community Choice Awards grant from The Community Foundation and M&T Bank/Partners Trust Bank Charitable Fund.
