Snowshoe Rentals

Bring your own or rent a set of our brand new snowshoes. With groomed trails and amazing scenery, come see the zoo in a whole new way! Snowshoes and gear must be returned to the gift shop before 2:45PM. ID required for rentals. Snowshoeing available at the discretion of the staff and dependent on weather.

Rental Fee: All sizes are $2.50/hour (minimum 1 hour, charged in hour increments after that. Payment due upon return of shoeshoes) On grounds only. Your can also bring your own. Rental charge does not include admission.

**All Snowshoe rentals come with snowshoes AND poles. Please dress appropriately.

Although they are essential to the health of the ecosystem and keeping herbivore populations in check, wolves have been the subject of intense persecution throughout the centuries, and most species are either threatened or endangered due to myths and misunderstandings.
