Lace up your sneakers and join us at the Utica Zoo this fall for a fun new way to exercise your body and your mind!
What: Walk the approximately one mile loop around the zoo at 9:00 AM. Then at 9:45 meet in the auditorium for coffee and a short talk. Talks will be held on a variety of topics and will often include animal interactions.
When: Wednesdays at 9:00 AM – Starting September 23, 2015 through November 4th (7 classes).
Cost: Free for Members; $5.00 for non-members or $30 for 7 classes.
Why: Regular walking can help improve stamina and energy, strengthen bones, improve muscle tone, and increase circulation. What better place to walk then the Utica Zoo!
Please Note: The zoo grounds are steep and some paths are rough and uneven. Before starting a new exercise program, it is important to get approval from your physician.
